Baggage and Clutters

I recently wrote about resolutions how we wait for some calendar dates
to make them, well one very major limitation to growth and change
definitely would be clutters and baggage’s.

Let me ask some questions that have rather become clichés to us. Are
there still situations or people in your life that you’ve not had
closure with? Are you holding onto something or is there someone you’d
wish that if it wasn’t for what happened or how they are, you probably
would be best of friends?

These emotional baggages have negative effect on your confidence and
self esteem and you should do without them in order for you to focus
your energy on more productive things in your life.

Let’s try to find closure in as many areas as possible. Brian Tracy
says ‘live on paper’ so we need a piece of paper and a pen or pencil,
your preference. Now we’ll list out all those things that we are
putting up with, enduring, people with whom we need to clear the air,
those pending tasks, the coulds, woulds, shoulds, ought tos, maybes,
will.

Now, let your resolutions start from here, resolve to tick this list
off one after the other and its best to action now. Clear up all those
backlogs so you have a clearer projection into tomorrow.

You will find after this that you are able to breathe, walk freely,
think with clarity, focus on what happens next and most of all, find
complete peace and serenity.

Let’s live without limits
