Relationships: It’s about YOU!

Everything is connected and we are part it.
Everything is in a state of interdependence, the soil needs water, the plants needs sunlight and humans need relationships.
Moment to Reflect:
This week, I absolutely could not help noticing how interdependent we are and how our relationships are so important; but what makes us to hold a grudge towards someone, what makes us not to care about mending a broken relationship, what makes us to think we can just leave things like this? We clearly are missing the point, the point that, what we think we are doing to others we are actually doing it to ourselves. This can be seen in how things ends up affecting us. That broken relationship is constantly troubling, that grudge is disturbing.
Things will constantly point back to you and the question is, what are you doing about it?
The truth is; The only person you ever have to deal with is yourself and it has never been about anyone or anything else. Other people are just “teachers” and experiences are nothing but lessons. The real issues we have are hardly outside and rarely about others, they are mostly inside and mostly about ourselves.
Relationships are about one thing and that is interdependence, it is the glue that holds everything together.
It is in these relationships that we get to find more about ourselves and our ability to form relationships is only in our willingness to connect. The above you clearly see it in business, in business it’s about relationships, the treatment you give to people comes first, people want to feel that they matter and money is never an issue after that, my point, relationships are significant and they are everything.
If you really think about it, we sometimes put our relationships on line because we just won’t deal with ourselves and yet it is in this same interdependence that we become.
Have you dealt with YOURSELF?
