Adventure in Every Experience…

When you approach everything with the spirit of adventure, you infuse your life with vitality and radiance
~ Matthew Wallker ~

Moment to Reflect:
For the better part of this year, I have been going in and out of court, to be quite honest I’ve been dreading this experience and do you think it has helped me??

No it has not!!

It has actually reduced my energy and this is what happens to us when we view an experience in a negative way. On the other had, seeing adventure in our experiences is about being able to view our experiences and connect with them far beyond the current pain. The spirit of adventure is not about labeling an experience as good or bad but it’s about letting the experience unfold while keeping an open mind.

It is about realizing that every experience is useful.

Here’s the thing.., difficulties carries within, what we need to overcome.
Each problem presents within itself a solution, there is no problem without a solution and part of the adventure is about exploring.

I’ve since had to view my life like a movie; “what’s going to happen on this scene, what’s going to happen on the next scene!!” and I must say, it gets interesting all the time, no dull moment here :).

The truth is, everything is working together for our good and towards our favor even when we don’t see how and believe me I don’t know how many times I have had to remind myself of this. So..,never allow yourself to be disappointed, things are not working against you but they are working for you!

The adventure and the fun is being inquisitive, “what’s going to happen on this scene!!”.
What is unknown is but an adventure that needs to be explored, so what is your attitude when faced with an experience?

The spirit of adventure, is not about being sucked by the experience,
The spirit of adventure is not about dwelling on things that are passing.
Like seasons, our experiences are not permanent, at some point they will pass.

Are you finding adventure in your experience?
